It is our greatest pleasure to welcome you to the 3rd International Conference on Hydrology & Meteorology (Hydrology-2014), that aims at bringing together the professors, marine researchers, and students in all areas of Hydrology and to provide an international forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices on September 15-16, 2014 at HICC, Hyderabad, India. The Hydrology meeting focuses on “Building the Future with Novel Technologies in Hydrology & Meteorology”. Our aim is to aggregate researchers, academicians and scientists from the Hydrology community and to create an avenue towards robust exchange of information on technological advances, new scientific achievements, and the effectiveness of various regulatory programs towards Hydrology.

Conference Highlights

  • Hydrology
  • Hydrogeology
  • Geosciences and Geophysics
  • Water Pollution & Waste Water Treatment
  • Watershed Studies
  • Meteorology
  • Oceanography
  • Human Biometeorology
  • Emerging Focus in Hydrology Research

The scientific program in Hydrology conference mainly focuses on need to understand the complex water system of the earth and help solve water problems. This hydrology conference gives you information about water one earth and humans involvement and use of water. Hydrology is the science that encompasses the occurrence, distribution, movement and properties of the waters of the earth and their relationship with the environment within each phase of the hydrologic cycle. Hydrogeology or Geohydrology is the area of geology that deals with the distribution and movement of groundwater in the soil and rocks of the Earth's crust. Water quality refers to the chemical, physical and biological characteristics of water. It is a measure of the condition of water relative to the requirements of one or more biotic species and or to any human need or purpose. Wastewater is any water that has been adversely affected in quality by anthropogenic influence. The present marine pollution and it’s impact on both human and other living being will be brought to attention. Apart from this the discussions will also inclined to the study of maritime hazards and how to use the special data and other ocean rules to overcome during the drastic situations during marine dives. Watershed Modeling System (WMS) is a modeling system for watershed hydrology and hydraulics. WMS is capable of automated delineation of sub-watershed boundaries and flood extent, and includes graphic display options to aid in understanding the drainage characteristics of terrain surfaces as well as several computation features.
